During this hands-on, on-site session, we will analyze your environment to optimize what you already own and provide key guidelines to elevate your space's balance, aesthetics, and comfort without a major investment. Work directly with Jesús Pacheco at your property. This hands-on session focuses on analyzing your layout, optimizing existing furniture, defining aesthetics, and resolving design challenges in real time. Perfect for site visits, space planning, or hands-on spatial balancing. Price: $333.33 USD per hour (+ taxes) | 2-hour minimum required ($666.66 USD base) - Terms & Conditions – On-Site Hourly Design Consultation By booking this service, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Duration: Minimum booking requirement is 2 consecutive hours. Session duration is fixed; additional time must be requested and approved prior to extension. Travel Fees (Local): Venues within 5 miles of Miami Beach incur no travel fee. Locations beyond 5 miles will be billed an extra travel fee post-booking and prior to the visit. Long-Distance & Air Travel: For trips requiring air travel or long-distance transit, the client must cover all transit, flight, lodging, and per diem expenses. All travel itineraries must be coordinated directly with the designer and approved before travel. Access & Readiness: The client must ensure site access at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of entry or site unreadiness will count toward the billed hourly duration. Payments & Non-Refundability: 100% of the base fee (2 hours minimum) is required upfront. Payments are non-refundable. Extra travel invoices must be settled prior to the designer's departure to the site.
